Why Choose AB-002 Airless Lotion Bottle?

1. PP Bottle Body & Pump Head
AB-002 features a PP bottle body and PP pump head, manufactured using an injection-molding process.
The lightweight construction is suitable for everyday skincare and travel-size packaging, while the pump head provides smooth, convenient prssing.

2. Airless Piston Dispensing
The bottle contains an internal piston and an airless pump mechanism, without a traditional long dip tube.
As the product is dispensed, the piston moves upward to push the formula toward the pump inlet. This design helps reduce air exposure during use and supports convenient dispensing of compatible skincare formulas.

3. Secure Snap-Fit Neck
The snap-fit neck design provides a secure connection between the bottle and pump assembly and is not intended to be easily unscrewed.
This construction is suitable for packaging filled before final assembly. It should not be treated as a conventional screw-top bottle for frequent opening and refilling.

4. Practical 30ml & 50ml Capacities
AB-002 offers two capacity options for coordinated skincare packaging.

5. Manufacturing & Appearance Options

Spray coating allows the packaging appearance to be coordinated with your brand palette. Final color and finish should be confirmed through sampling.

Filling & Use Instructions

1. Fill to the Required Level
Fill sufficiently so that the formula reaches the pump’s short inlet when the pump is fitted. Avoid leaving excessive empty space inside the bottle.
Correct filling helps the pump prime and allows the internal piston to move upward as the product is dispensed. Confirm the appropriate fill level before batch production.

2. Avoid Hot-Water Rinsing
The internal piston component has temperature limitations. Do not rinse the inside of the bottle with water above 40°C.

3. Follow Formula Restrictions
Do not fill this bottle with alcohol, essential oils, petroleum-based liquids, nail polish remover or alcohol-containing cosmetics such as perfume.
These contents may damage the internal sealing components and cause leakage at the bottom of the bottle.

4. Test Before Production
Use the intended formula to verify material compatibility, sealing and pump performance before bulk filling.
